Scholarship Services Associate - 1 opening

Responsibilities:	Become familiar with key systems used to manage information flow within Truett student processing from initial entry to graduation. Collect, correct, and process all Church Certification and Ministerial Vocation forms. Communicate with prospective and incoming students by phone and email, answering questions and assisting in the scholarship and admission processes. Provide occasional minor technical support to applicants. Record interaction with prospective and incoming students in Slate. Run queries in Slate and Banner for reporting to various offices. Assist Scholarship Services in other duties as needed.
Qualifications:	Knowledgeable in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Knowledgeable in communication etiquette--both oral and written. A friendly and patient disposition in dealing with questions or challenges. Well organized and able to focus on details. Accuracy in data processing is critical. Self-motivated with the workload but not hesitant to ask questions or clarify when in doubt.
