Financial Wellness
Baylor’s Student Financial Wellness Office helps Baylor students understand personal money management to develop the financial knowledge and skills necessary for both current and future financial wellness. We provide students with both online and face-to-face learning opportunities to find success at Baylor and beyond. Please visit the Student Financial Wellness website to learn more, connect with a coach, or participate in the Financial Literacy 101 course.
For ministry professionals, organizational financial management and personal financial planning can be daunting. Personal finances and the finances of a church or ministry require an understanding of financial practices and guidelines that help drive informed decisions.
In order to better prepare our students for the financial challenges they may face as ministers, Truett Seminary offers a number of educational and informative resources.
Beginning Fall 2022, all incoming masters students will be enrolled in a "Financial Wellness for Ministry at Truett Seminary" course on Canvas. Students will be required to complete the course before registration begins for their second semester. Doctoral students may enroll in the course if so desired.
Current seminary masters and doctoral students and alumni may participate in the course and should email Jo Ann Reinowski at joann_reinowski@baylor.edu to request access.
