About Dr. Stroope
Dr. Michael W. Stroope joined the Truett faculty after 21 years of missionary experience. He was appointed as a missionary in 1977 by the International Mission Board and has served in Sri Lanka, England, Germany and Hong Kong. He has taught as Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.
