Truett Designated Housing
The Gables apartments at the corner of 9th Street and James Avenue in Waco are designated for Truett Seminary students. Only current or incoming Truett students are allowed to sign a lease, creating a uniquely connected community. Rent for these fully furnished, 2 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom apartments is $1020 with all bills paid. More details, including photos and lease terms, can be found here.

Who can live in Truett Designated Housing?
A student is eligible to live in Truett Designated Housing if the student is enrolled at Truett Seminary at the time he or she signs the apartment lease. An incoming student may also apply to live in Truett Designated Housing if the student has been admitted and paid the deposit to Truett Seminary prior to the time he or she signs the apartment lease.
Can I have a non-Truett student as a roommate?
No, only current Truett students may live in Truett Designated Housing. *A current Truett student’s spouse and/or children will be permitted to live in Truett Designated Housing.
What if I am no longer enrolled as a Truett student mid-semester or mid-year?
If a student withdraws, transfers, or is dismissed from Truett before the end of his or her leasing term, the student will still be held responsible for the lease agreement. If the former student does not re-enroll at Truett by the end of the leasing term, he or she will not be permitted to renew the lease.
Does Truett manage the apartment complex?
No, the apartment is managed by Brothers Management. All questions regarding maintenance, repairs, payment, leasing, etc. should be directed to Brothers Management, not Truett Seminary.
