Assistant Dean of External Affairs
Dr. Jack Bodenhamer serves as the assistant dean of external affairs, assisting students, alumni, and friends in discerning their call to ministry and helping them discover ways to serve the church. Jack, who received his BA from Howard Payne University, his MDiv from Logsdon Seminary, and DMin from Truett Seminary, joined the Truett staff in August 2017. Before coming to Truett, he served as the Pastor at First Baptist Church Elm Mott. Jack has served in interim roles with FBC Crawford and FBC Temple.
Jack, his wife Kim, and their sons James and Cason attend FBC Temple, TX. Jack enjoys spending time in the great outdoors and golfing.

Director of Ministry Connections and Alumni Relations
Kenneth McNeil serves as the program director of Ministry Connections and Alumni Relations, assisting students and alumni to pursue careers in ministry as well as other opportunities for continuing education. In this role, Kenneth provides key services to congregations and church-related institutions seeking counsel in matters related to the employment of ministers. Kenneth also relates to alumni with ministry, recruiting, and development opportunities.
In previous roles, Kenneth has held multiple leadership positions through his 20 years of service in the US Army and as pastor to Baptist churches including Willow Grove Baptist Church.
Kenneth McNeil received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology from the University of Arizona and a Master of Divinity degree from Baylor University Truett Theological Seminary. He is a certified Spiritual Director and is pursuing a Doctor of Ministry degree at Baylor University Truett Theological Seminary.
He and his wife Michele have three children: two adult sons, Donovan and Kenneth II, and one daughter, Kamryn.
