Truett in San Antonio
Truett Seminary has been serving South Texas since 2021. Located at Trinity Baptist Church, Truett in San Antonio has designated classrooms and common areas to offers in-person courses taught by local practitioner scholars. Students attending this extension campus engage in rigorous theological education while experiencing “on the ground” training in the San Antonio community.

Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary offers the opportunity to earn a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry, Master of Theological Studies, and Master of Divinity degree in San Antonio, Texas.
Truett in San Antonio courses are taught in-person by local practitioner scholars who offer the rigorous theological training of a Truett education as well as the “on the ground” experience they have gained through ministering in the San Antonio community.
In addition, online and occasional mini-mester courses are taught by Waco campus faculty. Classes are offered in the evenings and on weekends to accommodate the schedules of our students.

Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary offers the opportunity to earn a Master of Divinity, Master of Theological Studies, and Master of Arts in Christian Ministry in Houston, Texas.
The Master of Divinity degree at Truett Seminary intends to provide graduate theological education that is centered on the gospel of Jesus Christ and consistent with historic Baptist commitments to prepare persons to carry this gospel to the churches and the world.
The MACM degree at George W. Truett Theological Seminary provides a basic foundation of study in biblical and theological disciplines, while also preparing students for ministry within and alongside the church. The degree consists of a minimum of 60 hours and normally requires at least two years of full-time study to complete.
The Master of Theological Studies program is designed to provide students with both a general theological education and the opportunity to concentrate on subjects important to their interests or ministries. It consists of a minimum of 48 credit hours and normally requires at least two years of full-time study to complete.

Truett in San Antonio is strategically positioned to offer quality ministry training to equip ministers and lay leaders in an area and demographic of Texas who might not otherwise be able to attend in-residence seminary training on the main campus.
