  • Program Manager for the Kyle Lake Center for Effective Preaching

Thomas Rho serves as the program manager for the Kyle Lake Center for Effective Preaching at Baylor University's George W. Truett Theological Seminary. Tom oversees the operations of the grant, manages the planning and execution of the Center’s events and conferences, and provides strategic and administrative support to the Center’s director and assistant director. With a passion for preaching, a commitment to organizational excellence, and a deep love for the church, Tom helps advance the Center’s mission of equipping students, pastors, and congregations for compelling and faithful proclamation.

Tom graduated from Cornell University with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Asian American Studies, and an MDiv from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary. Tom is currently pursuing a PhD in Preaching at Baylor University. Before coming to Baylor, Tom served as a pastor at various churches for several years, with a particular focus on youth and college students. Tom and his wife, Joy, and his two daughters are members of Mosaic Waco. In his free time, Tom loves to play basketball and spend time with his girls.
